For 14+ players

This grid of 49 boxes is arranged in a series of letters and numbers. The white squares represent the white group. The golden squares represent the golden group.

The grids with coral boxes divide seven questions regarding seven topics: Repentance, Sin, Forgiveness, Atonement, Conviction, Probation, and Literal or Symbolic?

How to play:

  1. Each player will receive a letter (A-G) or a number (1-7).

  2. Draw alternatively from the white or golden group to sequence a pair of contestants.

  3. Use one (1) of the two attached question sheets. They are organized by letter or number, and represent the distribution of questions across the grid or grids.

  4. Each pair has 30 seconds to answer the question. There are 49 questions, one box for each question.

  5. With the pair facing forward, the remaining contestants will Agree or Disagree by a show of thumbs.

Note:

When a letter or number is repeated, the player will join his or herself to the other group.

For example, A1 is from the white group, so A and 1 will join the white group. But if B1 from the golden group is called, then 1 joins the golden group. The same is true if B4 from the white group is called. B will leave the golden group and join the white group. This will continue until every sequence is called. Each player may move up to seven times. At the end, the two groups should have been decided.

  1. The white group will join a debate against the Catholic Church on "The Abolition of the Second Commandment." The golden group will judge.

  2. The golden group will join a debate against the Protestant Church on "The Abolition of the Fourth Commandment." The white group will judge.

Each group will have ten minutes to draft and five minutes to present.
